Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: I try to open up slots for custom orders once or twice a year. I will only take on projects that are in my style, which you can view in my Gallery or on my Instagram. Please reach out to me on my Contact form if you are interested in working with me, and I might be able to get you on a list for the next time my customs are open.
Q: What materials do you use in your jewelry?
A: My jewelry is made of recycled sterling silver, fine silver, bronze, or gold, and genuine stones such as Turquoise and Montana Agate. Most of my pieces are then oxidized with a liver of sulphur which darkens the metal to enhance details.
Q: Will you refund a piece of jewelry if a stone breaks?
A: Unfortunately I cannot accept any refunds or returns due to a broken stone. I am extremely diligent in checking my stones before they are mailed out. It is always a possibility that they can crack after being dropped or hit against something, but I cannot claim responsibility. Please email me if this happens and I will do my best to help figure out a repair. I will charge an hourly rate for any work I do to help fix the issue.
Q: Can I wear my jewelry in the shower?
A: If your jewelry has stones, then please always remove before showering, washing hands, or getting in a pool/sauna. Although my pieces are very sturdy, chemicals have the potential of harming the stones. The oxidation will also last much longer if taken off before such activities.
Q: How should I store my jewelry?
A: Silver tarnishes over time. When not wearing your jewelry it is best to store in an airtight container to keep oxygen contact to a minimum with an anti-tarnish tab if possible. If you silver does become tarnished I recommend using a polishing cloth like Sunshine.
Q: Is ring sizing available?
A: Possibly! If there is a one-of-a-kind ring you love but it's not your size, there is a possibility that I can size it for you. Most rings are easy to size up a 1/4 to a full size. Sizing down depends on the specific style of band on the ring. There would be an extra cost unless it is a simple sizing up 1/4 size, so please send me a message on my contact page or at hello@gogijewelry.com to discuss!
Q: Do you do repairs?
A: I do not do repair work on pieces that weren't made by me. If something has happened to jewelry you purchased from me then please reach out so I can help you get the issue fixed.

Q: Where will my order ship from?
A: Red Lodge, MT, the Northeastern tip of Yellowstone National Park.
Q: Do you ship outside the US?
A: Yes, I ship worldwide! Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Q: How soon will my items ship?
A: All ready to ship items will be shipped within 3 business days. All made-to-order items will usually be shipped within 14 days, but please check the specific time stated on the item page. For mixed orders I will ship them together so please allow for the longer ship time.
Q: How long will delivery take?
A: At checkout, please select standard or expedited shipping. Standard is 5-7 business days, and expedited is about 2-3 business days. You will be emailed tracking info. Please feel free to email me at: hello@gogijewelry.com anytime about your order!
